The Tourism and Hotel Services Department welcomes you to the exciting world of tourism, hotels, food and beverage services, travel and entertainment.

Currently, world tourism and tourism industry in Turkey take precedence in every aspects dealing with more than 6 trillion dollars in volume and exceeding 350 million employees engaged with the tourism industry all around the world. Turkey being ranked within the top ten countries in the world, helps shaping the future of the tourism industry with brand new investments going on the Aegean and Mediterranean costs, and specificly in Istanbul as once considered by the Napoleon Bonaparte, “ The capital of the world if all nations will unite one day. ”

The Tourism and Hotel Management is a two year associate degree program located in Ankara, the capital of the Turkish Republic, a modern urban center with a population of 4 million.

The academic program that you will join is in English and will enhance your knowledge about the hospitality industry, help you to develop hands-on experience before you start to work, sharpen your skills to overcome problems and lead you towards bachelor degree programs upon successfully completing the two year associate degree program.

The essence of the Tourism and Hotel Management program is uniquely designed to prepare you for a challenging supervisory positions in the hospitality industry, combining management courses with tourism and hotel operations courses, hotel based computer software courses and second foreign language courses comprising in German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Japanese and Chinese backed up by elective series and internship altogether.

Beyond the classroom, you will enjoy the chance to be exposed to the real life work environment while spending 520 hours in either hotels, resorts, travel agencies or tour operators, completing your internship programs.

Also, hands-on experience will be gained by serving weekdays, samples of Turkish and international cuisines during the lunch time, at Le Piment Rouge Restaurant of our Schools where students cook and serve gourmet food for guests coming from the city of Ankara.
